Can I use one account for multiple web sites?
No. You must
open a separate account for each site that you intend to use
this service with. When a user clicks on the recommend this page
link on your site, our server checks the visitor to ensure that
they are coming from a registered site.
How can I be sure that my account won't be used by other people?
Every
visitor that clicks on your recommend this page button is checked
automatically to ensure that they are being referred from you.
Someone else trying to use your account
for their site would find that their visitors are rejected. This
system ensures that our paying customers are protected.
Can I cancel my account?
Yes. You may cancel your account
at any time by contacting us. However, we do not provide any
refund service. Please read our terms and

Do you accept payment by cheque?
No, we
do not accept payment in any form other than by credit card.

Can I customise the Recommend this page service to match my
site?

Service account you can add
your company logo to the page that your vistors see when they click
the recommend this page button on your site. If you wish to have
the service fully branded to look and feel like your site use our
Gold Service.
How does Gold Service customisation work?
Our Gold Service customers receive a fully customised account.
Our web design team will customise your page to match your site
and request approval for the customisation once it has been
done.
Usually full customisation can be done within 48 hours of sign
up.
Are my personal details secure?
Yes. Any personal information that you submit such as your name, email address,
and company information are stored securely. We do not share customer information
with any other organisations.
Do you collect and sell user email addresses?
No. We gaurentee that we do not collect any personal
information from your visitors when they use our service. You
and your visitors are safe from SPAM and other unsolicited email
