Terms of Service/Acceptable Use Policy
By purchasing services from Big Top Multimedia (recommendthispage.com), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Renewal
In order to ensure uninterrupted service to your website, the service contract will automatically renew unless cancelled by the site owner. Cancellation must be received by recommendthispage.com via email at least 2 weeks prior to the date of renewal. Recommendthispage.com will acknowledge the cancellation notice within 24 hours of receipt. If you do not receive acknowledgement, please contact us soon as possible.

Refunds
No refund is offered or promised. Customers should satisfy themselves in advance that they wish to use this service, and that their site does not contravene this policy.

Acceptable Use Policy
Recommendthispage.com (Big Top Multimedia) reserves the right to refuse service to any site at our sole discretion. Although we do not believe in censorship, recommendthispage.com does not allow the following types of sites:

• Websites containing pornographic material
• Racist or hate-related websites
• "Warez" sites, including but not limited to any copyrighted software or music files
• Sites which provide methods for for circumventing copy protection ("cracks", keycodes, serial numbers, decoder chips, etc...) are also not permitted.
• Sites containing any other content which is not legal in the EU
• Unsolicited Email (SPAM) and Bulk Email providers

What is considered spam is determined at the sole discretion of recommendthispage.com. Sites in violation of this policy may be have their service discontinued without a refund of any kind.

Multiple Websites per account
Recommendthispage.com has a strict policy of one website per account. If more than one website is being serviced under an account, Recommendthispage.com reserves the right to charge accordingly for each separate site as a separate account.

Bandwidth
Sites that utilise excessive bandwith or server resources may incur additional charges. If you run a very high traffic site (more than 2,000 users per day) please contact us prior to setting up your account.
